At Furrow, we aim to be clear, fair, and straightforward — the same way we approach everything we do.

Orders

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your details carefully, as changes may not always be possible once production or dispatch has begun.

Shipping

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within the time-frame stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand.

Please note that during busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returns must be approved before being sent
